hold volume+ and volume – together then hold power key

then you will see a recovery mode

reboot system now

apply sdcard:update.zip

wipe data/factory reset

wipe cache partition

select

wipe data/factory reset

yes …….delete all user data

wait few minute

then

reboot system now

now see all is well……………………………
