LG Optimus L5 II hard reset LG-E460
Using the hard reset aka factory reset Optimus L5 II, resetting LG E460,
If your phone does not restore to its original condition, use a Hard Reset (Factory Reset) to initialize it.
1. Turn the power off.
2. Press and hold the Power + Volume Down key + QuickButton.
3. When the LG Logo appears on the screen, release all keys. All data will be lost!
Important notice
If you have forgotten your PIN or Password
If you forget your PIN or Password, you will need to perform a hard reset.
Caution: If you perform a hard reset, all user applications and user data will be deleted.
NOTE: If you have not logged into your Google Account and have forgotten your Unlock Pattern, you will need to enter your LG E640 Backup PIN.
WARNING
If you perform a hard reset, all user applications, user data and DRM licences will be deleted. Please
remember to back up any important data before performing a Hard Reset.
To reset your LG Optimus L5 II E460 hard reset phone to factory settings and erase all the data on your phone, Select Settings → Back up and reset→ Factory data reset → Reset device→ Delete all.
Resetting the Andorid phone does not erase any system software updates you have downloaded or any files on your microSD card, such as music or photos. If you reset the phone in this way, you are prompted to re-enter the same information that you did when you first started Android.

You can use LG Mobile Support tool to repair your LG cell phone, after download select menu Customer Support > Recovery Phone
Go to Support > Mobile Phone Support > Select the Model (LG-E460). L5 II
