Using the Optimus LG L7 2 hard reset Resetting LG P710
If your phone needs to be restored to its original condition, use Hard Reset to reboot your phone.
1 When the phone is switched off, press and hold the Volume down key + Hot key (on the left side of the
phone.) + Power key.
2 Release the Power key when the LG logo appears on the screen.
3 Release Volume down key + Hot key when the LG logo disappears. After a while, Android robot will be displayed and recovery will proceed. Leave your phone for at least a minute while the hard reset is carried out. You will then be able to switch your phone back on.
To reset your LG Optimus L7 II Andorid Jelly bean or ICS to factory settings and erase all the data on your phone using the menu, select Settings → Back up and reset→ Factory data reset → Reset device→ Delete all.
Resetting the phone does not erase any system software updates you have downloaded or any files on your microSD card,
such as music or photos. If you reset the phone in this way, you are prompted to re-enter the same information that you did when you first started Android.

You can use LG Mobile Support tool to repair your LG cell phone, after download select menu Customer Support > Recovery Phone
Go to Support > Mobile Phone Support > Select the Model L7 II (P710)
