Restart your phone by simply take out battery and reinsert it.

Force restart Your ION. Press both Volume UP and Power key for 5 sec. After vibrate phone restart.

To force shutdown if your Xperia Ion freezes. Press and hold for 10 sec. the power key.

After phone vibrates 3× release power.

Download PC companion and install

Install PC companion on your PC computer. Follow instruction. For firmware update you need a micro USB cable. When the pc recognizing your XPERIA Ion it will install the necessary driver files.

After yourXPERIA Ion connected press Start / in Support Zone
