RESETTING THE Audiovox 8910 phone

To perform an Audiovox 8910 hard reset

Resetting the phone restores all the factory defaults, including the ringer types and display settings. The internal Phone Book, Call History, Scheduler, and Messaging are not affected.

1. Press Left SOFT key menu key 9 and 7 then enter “Password”.

Your Audiovox 8910 password is the last 4 digits of your phone number.

2. Press key 8 for “Reset Phone”.

3. Read the message (It’ll be erase all data on your phone. Reset Phone?) then press [YES] LEFT soft or [NO] right soft key.

When you select “Yes”, you will see “Wait a moment” on the display and the phone will power recycle.

When you select “Yes” you will see “Reset Phone! Your cellular telephone will reboot now” on the display and your cellular telephone will reset all settings to the factory defaults.
