To hard reset using buttons try the Volume down (Camera) + power on combo. Select wipe data / Factory reset with volume key and select by pressing power key.  Not tested yet, pls leave comment.

G1345 ROM upgrade hard reset

Gigabyte gSmart G1345 ROM upgrade GSmart _G1345_V1.xx.x_EEU

Copy downloaded (from gigabyte website) files, update1.zip and configure to memory card root folder.

Please make sure the battery is over 99% full before upgrading. Place the Micro SD card into the phone and turn off the phone.

Then press and hold the Camera key and press the Power Button at the same time, until the “android figure” with a yellow exclamation mark show up, release camera button and it will start installing.

Device will automatically reboot. Do not do anything until you see this: then reboot by using camera key.

System update OK Radio update OK and Bootloader update OK

or reset Gigabyte G1345 cell phone via menu options

1. From the Home screen, touch the Menu Key .
2. Touch Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset.
3. Read the warning and touch Reset phone.
4. Touch Erase everything.
