You can reset your ZTE device's password: Turn off your phone, then
turn it on. Select emergency dial. Input *983*987# in emergency dial-up
pad. It will restore factory settings and your personal data will be
erased.
1. From the Home screen, press the Menu Key and touch Settings.
2 Touch the Privacy
4 Touch Factory data reset.
5 Touch Reset phone.
6 Touch Erase everything.
Privacy: Reset to Factory Settings
Touch Home Key > Apps > Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset > Reset phone > Erase everything.
WARNING: All your personal information and downloaded applications on your phone will be erased after the resetting
Cannot recall your screen unlock pattern?
You have up to five attempts to unlock your phone. If you still cannot recall the screen unlock pattern, you can touch Forgotten pattern? and enter your Google account user name and password to reset the screen unlock pattern.
IMPORTANT: You must sign in or create a Google account on your phone before using the above method to reset the pattern.
