Press MENU > Settings > Reset > Reset settings > Sellect All (or what you want) and select YES

or Press MENU > Settings > Reset > Master Reset and select YES.

Use this method to hard reset your Samsung S5222 Star 3 phone: Enter *2767*3855#. Warning! All your data including contacts, messages etc. will be lost! Copy all your necessary data/Contacts/Messages etc. to SIM or make backup to your PC before full reset! Take out SIM card before full reset.

There are two methodes to put your GT-S5220 in download mode.

1. Turn off your Samsung Star 3. Press and hold Volume down + POWER

or

2. Turn off your Samsung Star 3. Press and hold Volume UP 3 + HOME + POWER

Download mode=(With the Phone turned off) VOLUME DOWN / or UP + menu + POWER (To QUIT press power off for 3-4 sec)
