ZTE Open hard reset
1. Turn off your ZTE Open firefox mobile.
2. Press and hold the Volume UP key and the POWER key to get into the Firefox OS recovery mode.
3. Highlight the wipe data / Factory reset with Volume down key.
4. Press POWER key to select.
5. Delete All user data and after hard reset choose reboot system now. All data will be lost!

You can reset your ZTE OPEN firefox mobile device's password: Turn off your phone, then turn it on. Select emergency dial. Input *983*987# in emergency dial-up pad. It will restore factory settings and your personal data will be erased.
