Hard Reset:
- Press and Hold Volume Down + Power Key for 20-30 Seconds.
- Now you see Recovery Options.
- Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset and press Power Key to Confirm.
- Now Select Yes -- Delete all user data and press Power Key to Confirm.
- Now rebot your device.
