Huawei Premia 4G m931 hard reset using keys

1. Power off your phone or pull out and reinsert battery. Charge the battery at least 50%. All data will be lost! Backup your important data first!

2. Hold both the Power and the Volume Up and the Volume down keys together.
Once the Huawei logo appears, release both Volume keys but keep holding down the Power key until you see the Android Recovery screen.

3. Scroll down to "wipe data/Factory reset, using Volume down key and conform with POWER key.

4. Scroll down to yes -- delete all user data and press power to execute hard reset.

5. Once it is done the "reboot system now" menu option will appear. Select it and you are done.
