Sharp WS004SH Soft reset
Remove the battery back cover. Wait
15 seconds before you press the reset button. Press the reset hole with
the stylus. Sharp WS004sh phone will reboot .
Sharp WS004SH hard reset
Remove USB cable and the miniSD card if you have inserted. Remove battery cover. Wait 15 seconds before you go to next step.
Press POWER + RESET buttons together to do a hard reset.
